Completion of the registration form does not automatically guarantee participation. All registrations will be reviewed by the Secretariat, and participants will receive a separate confirmation notice once their registration has been approved.

Additionally, please note that the AGM and APCERT Closed Conference are restricted to APCERT members only.

Call for Paper / Trainer

Applications for speakers and trainers are now closed. We sincerely thank all applicants for their interest and participation. All submissions are currently under review, and the results will be announced in September.

Important Notes:
- Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. All submissions will be carefully reviewed by the organizing secretariat, and applicants will be notified of the outcome via separate communication.
- Please note that selection as a speaker or trainer does not substitute for conference registration. All selected speakers and trainers are required to complete a separate participant registration.

Accommodations

Please note that due to an event taking place in Busan on November 7th, hotel room availability will be limited around that period. As room availability at the discounted conference rate is limited, reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached.
Conference participants are eligible for discounted accommodation rates at our official venue, Lotte Hotel, and the nearby Hotels (within walking distance).
After your registration has been confirmed, information on partner hotels, special accommodation rates, and booking procedures will be provided by the Secretariat.

Please note that due to a festival taking place in Busan during this period, hotel rooms are expected to fill up quickly. We recommend making your reservation as soon as possible.
